​If you are paying your yearly membership dues in January, fill out the form, if you have a second locker, fill out form for it and include the fee with your dues, attach a check, and give to the room monitor or drop it through the slot in the office door which is in the back room.

If you are planning on becoming a new member, please see the section on Beginners Class as this has to be done before any new member can actually join the Ceramics Club.
